Our seasonally-focused menu rotates four times per year – winter, spring, summer, and fall – highlighting the season’s best ingredients from around the country. Once every quarter, we’ll unveil a special ‘Peak of Season’ menu that highlights a single ingredient our chef believes is at it’s height in the season in 3-4 different preparations. These special menus will only be available for a short window.
The bar centers around our creative, handcrafted cocktails, which will also update seasonally. If you’re not in the mood for a spirited drink, we also offer an extensive Zero Proof cocktail selection using vitamin-packed aloe juice as the spirit substitution.
